Deployment of specific capabilities remains strictly subject to the regulatory frameworks governing your specific jurisdiction.
Access to private client environments requires multi-factor cryptographic credentials. You bear sole responsibility for the absolute security of your access keys. Any unauthorized attempt to probe, breach, or reverse-engineer our secure endpoints will result in instantaneous severance and legal referral.
Engagement with complex financial instruments involves substantial risk of capital loss. Macroeconomic dislocation, liquidity evaporation, and regulatory intervention can produce rapid drawdown. Altius Associates operates exclusively on a sophisticated fiduciary and execution basis and does not provide retail advisory services.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Altius Associates and its managing partners shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or systemic damages resulting from market volatility, communications disruptions, or third-party custodian failures.
These protocols and all bilateral engagement agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
